This spacious low-rise house has 4 spacious bedrooms each with private shower with hot and cold water and toilet, air conditioning, a spacious living room, modern kitchen cum dining room, garage, terrace and laundry/storage room. And a fifth toilet group for guests.

You can prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the modern kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, water and rice cooker, coffee maker and a table with 6 chairs.

Three of the bedrooms have a double bed topped with a health mattress, small closet next to the bed, closet with shelves and hanging space, shower with hot and cold water and a toilet.

The fourth room has a double and a single bed, a chest of drawers between the beds, closet with shelves and hanging space, shower with hot and cold water and a toilet. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

A booking is not final until financial confirmation has been received from the client;

At the time of booking, the full rental fee must be transferred;
Upon arrival, the deposit of € 200 is paid in cash;
Upon departure, the deposit of € 200 will be paid in cash after checking for any damage or destruction to the rented house;
