Rental Conditions

The deposit is €200 and will be transferred in advance together with the rent.
14 days after departure, the full deposit, if there are no additional costs, will be refunded to the customer's account.
In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of the booked stay, a fee of 50% of the total invoice amount excluding the deposit is due.

Bij overmachtsituatie zoals oorlog, staking, natuurramp, buitengewone weersomstandigheden en /of brand van de huurwoning zal de overmaking van het volledig factuurbedrag plaatsvinden.
De prijs is inclusief electraverbruik 125 kWh per week. Dit is gebaseerd op 8 uur airconditioning gebruik per airco per dag /nacht.
Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at local rates afterwards
