Located in a residential area in Paramaribo - South and within walking distance of several supermarkets, stores and restaurants is the vacation house Blake.

The house consists of an open space divided into the living room and open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets and a garage.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances to work with Surinamese ingredients and prepare delicious meals for your housemates. These can be enjoyed at the dining table in the same room.

The bedrooms all have a closet, a double bed with small closets on either side.

Rental Conditions

The deposit is €200 and will be transferred in advance together with the rent.
14 days after departure, the full deposit, if there are no additional costs, will be refunded to the customer's account.
In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of the booked stay, a fee of 50% of the total invoice amount excluding the deposit is due.
For cancellations from 4 weeks before the start of the booked stay, the total invoice amount excluding the deposit is due.
In case of force majeure situation such as war, strike, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions and / or fire of the rental property, the transfer of the full invoice amount will take place.
The price includes electricity consumption 125 kWh per week. This is based on 8 hours of air conditioning use per air conditioner per day/night.
Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at local rates afterwards
