Apartment North Heman

In Paramaribo - Noord, just a ten minute drive from the historic center of Paramaribo, lies the Noord-Heman apartment.

The apartment is divided into an open sitting area and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with hot and cold water, toilet and a terrace that runs along the apartments.

One bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds, both with mosquito nets, closet and air conditioning. The other bedroom has a double bed with mosquito net, closet and air conditioning.

On the terrace you can enjoy the garden in front of you or maybe have a chat with other guests staying in one of the other apartments.

Rental Conditions

The deposit is €150 and will be paid in advance together with the rent.
14 days after departure, the full deposit, if there are no additional costs, will be refunded to the customer's account.
In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of the booked stay, a fee of 50% of the total invoice amount excluding the deposit is due.
For cancellations from 4 weeks before the start of the booked stay, the total invoice amount excluding the deposit is due.
In case of force majeure situation such as war, strike, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions and / or fire of the rental property, the transfer of the full invoice amount will take place.
The price includes electricity consumption 125 kWh per week. This is based on 8 hours of air conditioning use per air conditioner per day/night.
Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit at local rates after the event
