This well maintained wooden upper house is located in the vicinity of the SLM headquarters on Dr. Sophie Redmondstraat, on the outskirts of the Center of Paramaribo. This house is located in a cul-de-sac with sufficient security and privacy. Through a separate entrance on the side of the house you have access to this tastefully decorated house.

Through the stairs you enter the open space which is furnished as a sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms with shared toilet and bathroom with hot and cold water and a rear balcony with seating.

Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms have a single bed with a hanging closet, the third room has a double bed, a closet on which is placed a TV and lamp and a built-in closet.

A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, rice cooker, kettle and microwave to prepare delicious meals during your vacation.

Rental Conditions

A booking is not final until financial confirmation has been received from the client;

At the time of booking, the full rental fee must be transferred;
Upon arrival, the deposit of € 200 is paid in cash;
Upon departure, the deposit of € 200 will be paid in cash after checking for any damage or destruction to the rented house;
