Model Agnes is a beautiful high-rise, located in Paramaribo - South, near the Hermitage Mall.

It is located approximately 51.5 kilometers from the Johan Adolf Pengel International Airport (about 1 hour's drive).

On the first floor, you step from the terrace into an open space that is divided into a living room with fully equipped kitchen cum dining area. Also, on this floor you have a toilet, the laundry room and the garage.

The kitchen cum dining area is equipped with all the comforts such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, rice and kettle. You can give free rein to your cooking skills. You can choose to eat the results of your cooking at the table with 6 chairs in the same room or at the table with 4 chairs in the living room.

The beautiful wooden staircase leading to the second floor can be locked so that the safety of children is taken into account. On this floor there are 4 bedrooms and a terrace. All bedrooms have a double bed, a small closet next to the bed and a closet. One of these 4 bedrooms, is the master bedroom which is equipped with a TV, a dressing table, a walk in closet and private shower with hot and cold water and toilet.

The 3 other bedrooms share a shower with hot and cold water and toilet.

A booking is not final until financial confirmation has been received from the client;

At the time of booking, the full rental fee must be transferred;
Upon arrival, the deposit of € 200 is paid in cash;
Upon departure, the deposit of € 200 will be paid in cash after checking for any damage or destruction to the rented house;
